The Christian Radich Tall Sailing Model Ship is museum quality built and was handcrafted by
some of the world's finest craftsmen.
This full rigged Norwegian beast was delivered in June 1937. The grant for the vessel was
established by a grant cavalry officer, Captain Christian Radich. With a full rigged three masted steel
hull, the Christian Radich is 62.5 meters long and can reach 10 knots under engine power and 14
knots powered by sail.
The Christian Radich was originally built as a training vessel for sailors in the Norwegian fleet and
was used as such for years. The Christian Radich currently participates in the Cutty Sark Tall Ship’s
Race and large sail events in various ports.
This museum-quality Christian Radich wooden model sailing ship is beautifully decorated and ready
for display.
These wooden model tall ships is 100% hand built from scratch using “plank on frame” construction
method. Hundreds of hours are required to finish most of our models for each contain thousands of
details created by our skillful master craftsmen. They are made of finest wood like Rosewood,
Mahogany, Teak and other exotic ropical wood. The workmanship and beauty constitute the
