This early TSS Earnslaw wooden model cruise ship is hand crafted to the proper scale of the orginal
ship.  

Relive the elegance of bygone days with a cruise aboard the vintage steamship TSS Earnslaw, one of the
last remaining coal fired passenger carrying vessels operating in the southern hemisphere. Affectionately
known as the “Lady of the Lake”, the TSS Earnslaw has a special place in the hearts of Queenstown
people. She has been transporting goods to remote settlements and conveying passengers on beautiful
Lake Wakatipu since 1912. Our model is cratch built, planks on frame from hard wood and painted as the
original.

This TSS Earnslaw wooden model cruise ship is museum quality built and ready for display.

Our wooden models ships and boat models are unique as they are NOT constructed from a kit, but
rather 100% hand built from scratch using the "plank on frame" construction method.  Our skilled
craftsmen spend hundreds of hours to complete each model.  Each model ship is built using exotic woods
such as Rosewood, Mahogany, Teak and other exotic tropical wood from around the world.  The
workmanship and beauty constitute the excellence of each of our completed ships and boats.  
Extensive research through original plans and pictures make our models authentic. Each model goes
through a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop Just the perfect gift for home or
office decorator, boat enthusiast or passionate collector.
